I'm pretty much running it stock, with Proton Experimental installed to get a few specific games running properly. It's pretty cool! I've played a number of games so far - mostly lower-fidelity games like VVVVVV or emulated DS games that run well and look great on the smaller screen, and some VNs. The ergonomics are great for me (small-medium hands), and the controls are all placed pretty well. The biggest exception for me would probably be the left/right bumpers, which are a little bit awkward in their placement and shape, I have to arch my fingers a bit awkwardly to hit those - but otherwise the other elements like the DPad, touchpads, and other control buttons feel great to use. The console is a bit heavy though, so usually after an hour or so I'll want to put it down on the table or otherwise rest for a bit to avoid damaging my wrists and hands.
